Syndication Attorneys Investor Landing Page - Step 1

Accredited Investor Verification

Thank you for your interest in making an investment in one of our client’s Regulation D, Rule 506(c) Securities Offerings. Rule 506(c) offerings are only open to verified accredited investors; thus the SEC requires our clients to independently verify the accredited status of their investors before accepting their investment.

As a convenience for our clients and their investors, Syndication Attorneys, PLLC has partnered with EarlyIQ, Inc., an industry-leading third-party accredited investor verification service, to offer these verifications. The detailed information you will provide during the verification process will NOT be accessible by anyone outside of EarlyIQ's U.S.-based analysts who validate the information you provide. Syndication Attorneys, PLLC will not have access to the detailed information. You will provide the verification certificate you receive from EarlyIQ to the issuer of the Securities as proof of your eligibility to invest.

NOTE: This verification process is for accredited investors only.  All investors must provide proof of income or net worth to qualify. The fee for this service is $55 per Individual (natural person or grantor trust) and $69 per Entity (corporation, LLC, LP, fund, family office, or non-grantor trust).

You will start by registering with EarlyIQ below and providing payment information - doing so only takes a couple of minutes. You'll be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your identity. EarlyIQ will then take you through a brief process to confirm your accredited investor status. This will involve uploading one or more documents.

Though you can complete this process in a matter of minutes, you can also save your responses and return to complete them later if needed. If you would like more details on exactly what to expect from the process and how EarlyIQ keeps your information confidential and secure, click here.
